2022 HAAS VF-5ss w/ 4th axis
Due to our rapidly increasing demand for large components, we decided to bring in this VF-5ss machining center. This machine is equipped with a plethora of options, keeping our reputation for extreme quality, and unbeatable delivery times. This machine was purchased with a live 4-axis head, which is interchangeable with our VF-1 machining center, offering Multi-Axis capabilities in multiple machines.
This machine offers a 50” x 26” x 25” (X,Y,Z) travel range.
2020 HAAS VF-1
This machining center mimics our older VF-2 model, Where it’s features include all of the high-efficiency options including the Renishaw probe and tool setter, High-Speed Machining, and an expanded memory for larger, more complex programs.
This machine is limited to a 20” x 16” x 20” (X,Y,Z) travel range.
2020 HAAS ST-10
We’ve added a CNC lathe to our fleet of machines! Offering high-efficiency turning applications by reaching 6,000rpm spindle speeds combined with up to 1,200 in/min feedrates. Our lathe is equipped with an automatic tool presetter to ensure faster set-up times, and higher quality parts every time! Now we are capable of cutting parts up to 14” in diameter!
2019 HAAS VF-2
This Vertical milling center is equipped with 10,000rpm spindle capabilities in combination with a High-Speed machining feature, allowing travel and feed rates up to 600in/min. A 20-tool changer and rigid tapping provides with the ability to run multiple operations as well as eliminate the need for external threading (hand-tapping), leading to a faster turn-around on all order applications..
This machine is limited to a 30” x 16” x 20” (X,Y,Z) travel range.
2018 HAAS Mini-Mill
10,000-rpm spindle speeds, high efficiency milling and a 10-station tool changer provides us with exceptional surface finishes, shorter cycle times and more accurate dimensions. Exceptional machine for smaller components that require multiple features and precise positional tolerancing.
This machine is limited to a 16” x 12” x 10” (X,Y,Z) travel range.
